2) Online Purchase

The purchase of the products must be done through the activation of the "CONFIRM REQUEST" button that appears at the bottom of the purchase request, and expresses the total acceptance of each and every one of the Terms and conditions as shown on the BOHEMME® website prior to the purchase of the products, without being applicable any developments that may occur in the clauses of the terms and conditions thereafter.

From the moment of acceptance, the user acquires the condition of Client of the Company that is described in these terms and conditions. Any product or service subsequently offered by BOHEMME® must be subject to a new contract.

If you want to read the terms and conditions more closely, you can print on paper or save the document in electronic format.

BOHEMME® informs you that it files the electronic documents in which the purchases are formalized.

In case the Client made an error in sending the data, you can modify them in the Section MY ACCOUNT and will be considered for future purchases. In case the error occurs in the current order, the Customer must contact the Customer Service.


3) Prices and taxes

All product prices, shipping costs and other services include VAT, except for countries that are exempt. Shipping charges are added per order. We will always inform you of the total price, including all taxes and other costs such as fees and possible delivery costs.

The price of the purchase receipt that appears on the screen may be subject to the payment of taxes, depending on the country to which the delivery is to be made. The purchaser is solely responsible for reporting to the relevant tax authorities and for paying all taxes applicable to the price, in accordance with applicable tax laws in that country. According to BOHEMME®'s first request, the buyer will promptly provide BOHEMME® with all tax forms, certificates or authorizations required under applicable tax laws.

The prices that appear on the website are those that are applied at the time of purchase. Prices may be subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have accepted.


4) Availability and validity of the offer

We strive to have stock of all items offered on the website. In case you ask us for products that are not in stock, we reserve the right not to accept the offer. You will be informed by email and any other payment, of course, will be returned.

The prices and offers that appear on the website are valid at the time they occur, unless other specific terms on the website indicate otherwise. 


5) Formalization of the purchase

The receipt sent to you by email is an automated acknowledgment that means we have received your offer to purchase. However, the acknowledgment does not mean we have accepted your offer, and we reserve the explicit right to reject your offer after receiving the automatic recognition, which will notify you properly.

Your contract to purchase these items will not end until we send you a second email notifying you that the items have been dispatched.

Only the payment in euros (€) and dollars (US$) is accepted. Transactions in US$ can only be made through PAYPAL.

A - Credit Card Verification Number:

To maintain your own security and prevent fraud, you will be asked to enter your card verification number (CVV) when paying by credit card. You can find the 3-digit number on the back of your credit card. It usually appears to the right of your credit card number.

B - Payment processing:

When your request and data have been verified and the products you ordered leave our warehouse for shipping, the payment will be deducted from your account. Please note that your billing address must be entered exactly as it appears on your bank statement.

The Online Store is open 24 hours a day. However, the store may be closed for maintenance. For your convenience, we strive to perform such work at night.

10) Tracking and order history

B - Delivery times

BOHEMME® undertakes to ship the products within 10 working days of receipt of the order. Once the shipment is made, it depends on the carrier and the location of the customer, not exceeding two weeks. The delivery of the orders made from July 25 to August 25, may extend up to 25 working days from the receipt of the order.


12) Review of products upon delivery of the order

Note that you assume the risk of the products you have ordered once completed the shipment. If the package is damaged, please do not accept shipping. Notwithstanding your rights, you are responsible for inspecting the product and notifying us of any complaints.

If a product other than that reuested by the customer was delivered by mistake of BOHEMME®, the correct product will be delivered, without any additional charge to the Customer.

If a product has reached the customer broken, damaged or in poor condition, BOHEMME® will replace it with another in good condition, without additional charges.


13) Guarantees

BOHEMME® will respond to the Customer of any lack of conformity that manifests deliveries within three years, as established by current regulations. Warranties arising from use or improper use are excluded, as well as in general all those excluded by current legislation.


14) Exchanges and returns policy

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the parts purchased and complying with current regulations, you have the right to return any item purchased at within 14 days from the date of receipt.

No refunds of products purchased at the online store will be accepted at any of the points of sale of official distributors.

If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to the order requested, BLUE OCEAN CONCEPT S.L. Will bear the expenses of the return and re-delivery. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount, but not the shipping and return shipping costs.

Once checked the products returned in our Center, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid in the same payment method used in the purchase.

Remember that the term in which you will see reflected the credit in your account will depend on your bank.

In case you exercise the right of withdrawal, you will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the same other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.


15) Minors

Our site is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect or store information about minors. If we are informed that a minor has made a purchase without the consent of his / her parent, we immediately, upon parental request, proceed with the cancellation of the sale and reimbursement of any amount of money collected after the return of the product.


16) Photos

Some items may look a little larger or smaller than their actual size due to the screen settings and the photographic technique. Failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the return of the products or cancellation of the Services purchased by the Customer.


21) Customer Responsibilities

The Client is obliged to make a lawful use of the Services, without contravening the current legislation, nor damage the rights and interests of third parties.
